How to Build a Rate Card
A simple way to organize your service prices without making the offer feel confusing.
A rate card is useful when you sell more than one kind of service. It makes pricing easier for you and easier to understand for the buyer.
Start from the rate floor, then create a few clear options that map to real packages or scopes.
Keep the list short. Too many choices turn a rate card into a menu of doubt.
A strong rate card usually has a base offering, an expedited option, and a premium or strategic option.
The point is to reduce friction without hiding the economics of the work.
